FAQ

All of our virtual assistants have a minimum of 2 year experience as a virtual assistant and at least 2 years working in customer service. They also have thorough experience with Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and Skype. 

Typically, in about 24 hours, we will get you connected with your VA and start them on tasks that can be delegated immediately. 

No. Our package prices are final. You will not be charged for anything more that what you sign up for. 

You can easily book your Virtual Assistant right here from our site. Just head over to our Plans and Pricing page to select your package and sign up. Alternatively, you can call us at (800)-478-5849 between 9am and 5pm est. 

We charge on a monthly basis for our services, based on the package you select. If you no longer need our services moving forward, just let us know and we will cancel your service at no cost. We don’t have any contract commitments. 

Of course. If you end up needing our services more or less than what you signed up for, just let us know. We will get you set up with the package that works best for your needs.
